My name is Eric Summers. I provide multimedia-development services for my clients. This is my portfolio site. Most of the pictures in the top-banner and footer are original 'sliced' panoramas. These are composed of 4-6 vertically-oriented 35mm photos blended together. The city shots are of Kansas City, of course, while the nature shots are taken in northern Minnesota.

This site is maintained using a content management system, based on Ruby-on-Rails technology, called "Radiant CMS". RadiantCMS is very lightweight and extremely quick to setup and get sites running. I recommend this to clients needing an entry-level content management solution that doesn't have a steep learning curve when it comes to them self-managing their own sites. I'm running my Radiant on Dreamhost.

Although I'm skilled at lower-level flash development, the flash media players you'll find used on this site are the excellent work of Jeroen Wijering, who provides these to the development community as open-source, freely customizable software.
